We’re moving to a made to order model! Please allow 1-3 weeks for the production of your piece. Production time varies from piece to piece, so refer to the individual product page for more detail.

Often times we’ll have your piece in stock and be able to ship it sooner, and if you have a tight deadline we may be able to help! Get in touch if you’re not sure about production time.

We send all of our orders as Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

returns

We offer a 30 day return policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn and returned as new with the original packaging.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. Please note the customer is responsible for the return cost.

Unfortunately ALL commissions are final sale and cannot be refunded.

exchanges

We offer one free exchange/resizing in cases of sizing error. The ring must be unworn & in it’s original condition.
